Steve Hembury

Founder & Managing Director​

As the compassionate and driven Managing Director, Founder, and Owner of Eyton Solutions, Steve Hembury personifies the heart of our organisation.

A chartered member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and an experienced Health & Safety Consultant/Trainer, Steve transitioned from operational management to Health & Safety with a vision to create a progressive organisation that prioritised people and practical solutions.

Steve’s leadership is anchored in authenticity, passion, and compassion. He strives to inspire his team and create a workplace culture that embodies togetherness, diversity, and family.

Off duty, Steve is a dedicated family man. Now that his children are growing up and leaving the nest, he has found a new passion in golf.

Kerry Edwards


Kerry Edwards is an Administrator at Eyton Solutions and has been with the company for 8 years. During this time, she has studied Business Administration and recently began her Level 2 Accounting qualifications.

At Eyton Solutions, Kerry loves that the company invests in their staff, offering new opportunities to grow in their role. She believes that the fact that Eyton grew purely from word of mouth for a long time without any other marketing speaks volumes about the company and the quality of service they provide while connecting with clients on a personal level.

Kerry values being confident and professional as two key values for an administrator, as she believes it gives clients confidence that their needs will be taken care of. She describes the workplace culture at Eyton Solutions as friendly and supportive. Customers should know that the company will always do what they can to help them in any way possible. 

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys going to the gym and taking walks. She takes great pride in being part of the Eyton Solutions team and looks forward to continuing helping their clients stay safe and compliant with health and safety legislation. 

Kevin Bennett

Senior Fire Safety Consultant & Trainer​

Kevin Bennett serves as the Senior Fire Safety Consultant at Eyton Solutions. His expertise in fire safety was honed during a distinguished 10-year career as a Royal Navy Submariner, where he first developed his skills in fire prevention and firefighting.

Joining Eyton Solutions in early 2017, Kevin has played a pivotal role in setting the company’s fire safety services standard. He boasts Level 4 training in fire safety consultation and is a UKAS-certified fire risk assessor under the FRACS scheme and a certified door inspector under the FDIS door inspection scheme.

His proficiency extends to being a BS 9997 fire safety auditor and an instructor in fire safety within the company’s training courses.

His favourite aspect of working at Eyton is the company’s ethos and commitment to delivering high-quality services, which aligns with his passion for providing UK-leading fire safety consultancy. He takes pride in knowing that their work significantly improves customer safety, often receiving positive feedback for his immense knowledge and application of fire safety regulations.

One of Kevin’s career highlights includes being nominated for the Fire Safety Manager of the Year Award in 2023, where he received a Commended award, beating seven other nominees. This achievement was underscored by the glowing feedback from Eyton Solutions’ customers, a testament to his impactful service delivery.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys gaming, working on house projects, and spending quality time with his young child.

Dan Murray

Health & Safety Consultant and Trainer

Dan Murray is a Health and Safety Consultant and Trainer at Eyton Solutions. With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, he has worked his way up from a Site Manager to Director level. 

He believes that Eyton generally stands out in the industry due to their commitment to developing strong, open relationships with each of their clients that are based on trust and transparency. Dan values extensive knowledge, effective communication skills and being able to adapt to different working environments within his role as a consultant trainer.

When it comes to customer service, Dan believes that Eyton are dedicated to providing a consistent level of excellence by being responsive to their clients in a professional, timely and efficient manner. 

Outside of his work, Dan likes to stay fit by going to the gym and playing sports, as well as helping others through teaching boxing, a sport that has given him so much.

Jordan Precious

Health & Safety Consultant

Jordan Precious is an HSE Consultant at Eyton Solutions. With 6 years of experience in health and safety, Jordan has worked both internally as an H&S Advisor and externally as a Risk Surveyor. 

At Eyton Solutions, Jordan enjoys the ability to manage his own workload and the variation between different clients with their individual needs. He believes that Eyton Solutions take a modern approach to health and safety, ensuring that controls and actions are bespoke to each client.

Jordan values dependability and integrity in himself while describing the workplace culture as supportive, engaging and rewarding. Customers should know that they will receive high-quality customer service from Eyton Solutions through building relationships, understanding their needs and being flexible. 

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys cycling, going to the cinema and socialising with friends. He is proud to be part of the Eyton Solutions team and looks forward to continuing helping their clients stay safe and compliant with health and safety legislation. 

Michael Hembury

Fire Consultant

Michael Hembury is a Fire Safety Consultant and Fire Risk Assessor at Eyton Solutions. With over 14 years of experience in the logistics and warehousing industry, Michael had many roles including managing 90-110 employees as a Site Manager. In 2022 he made the switch to Fire Safety and has since gained his qualifications as both a Fire Risk Assessor and Fire Door Inspector.

At Eyton Solutions, Michael values the team’s commitment to progressing staff and providing them with great opportunities for growth. He enjoys interacting with clients, helping to ensure their properties are compliant and safe, and educating them on Fire Safety.

When he isn’t at work, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports like football, golf and hiking, drawing, as well as following motorsports. He recently fulfilled a goal of his by summiting Ben Nevis in Scotland and can’t wait to go back.

Josh Williams

Fire Safety Consultant & Fire Risk Assessor

A Fire Safety Consultant and Fire Risk Assessor at Eyton Solutions, Josh’s approach to fire safety is methodical and attentive, and his success comes from his ability to convey complex fire safety concepts in an understandable way, allowing customers to make informed decisions.

Josh forms a part of a team that prides itself on maintaining the highest quality standards and offering customer-centric solutions. He appreciates the collaborative and supportive work culture at Eyton, where professional development is a priority.

Outside of work, Josh is a nature enthusiast and an avid sports fan. He grew up in West Yorkshire and enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s gardening or exploring the local countryside. A former football player, he is currently honing his golfing skills and enjoys watching a wide range of sports.

Ruth Kendall

SHEQ Consultant

Ruth Kendall is a SHEQ Consultant at Eyton Solutions. With over 14 years of experience in construction, motor vehicle repair and social housing, Ruth has extensive knowledge that she uses to ensure clients are compliant with the relevant legislation and can keep people safe without resorting to using health and safety as an excuse not to do something.

At Eyton Solutions, Ruth values the close-knit team and their vast knowledge. She describes the culture as friendly and supportive while also valuing their approach to customer service.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys volunteering in her local community.

Ruth is proud to be part of the Eyton Solutions family and looks forward to continuing to help their clients stay safe and ensure they are compliant with health and safety legislation. 

Nicole Williams

Health & Safety Coordinator

Nicole Williams is a Health and Safety Coordinator at Eyton Solutions. With a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, Nicole brings her legal background to the role, ensuring attention to detail and problem-solving skills are utilised in all aspects of her work.

One of Nicole’s favourite things about working at Eyton Solutions is getting to meet and speak with clients from various industries. She believes in developing friendly yet professional relationships and taking the time to really get to know each client.

Nicole values Eyton’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. She sees the personal touch that Eyton offers through building friendly relationships as a key factor that sets them apart from others in the industry.

Outside of work, Nicole stays physically active through activities like going to the gym, running or taking long walks. She also enjoys baking, although she admits her skills in that area may be debatable.
