Working on behalf of a Social Housing Provider, we were asked to produce a new set of procedures as part of a significant fire safety policy overhaul.
We were able to develop a clear and concise set of procedures which covered all aspects of their business and led to a review of their fire evacuation procedure of their main office building after it became recognised that elements of it were considered to be in breach of the Equality Act 2010.
